Sweet Thang

If there's something sweet that I want right now (seriously, now), it's cake! Any cake but not chocolate cake.. not feeling it at the moment.

I don't have a sweet tooth. I used to.. it got out of hand. I ate Snickers everyday. Jumbo size. Every break time in my early uni days. I became fat - not kidding, add 10kgs fat. I got verbally bullied because of that. I avoided meeting people. Ugh, depressing years of my life!

Med school helped me in a way. I became more health conscious. I worked out, drank more water, ate more greens, cut my carbs & sugar.. up till a point where it became a habit. I struggled back then - not anymore :)

I'm happier now because of this healthier life. Ahem. Haha. I still eat everything though but it's all about being balanced. Do it for your own good - what I always say to myself.

Oh! Now I know why I feel like having cake. I guess because it's my sister's birthday?! She's not home or else we'd be celebrating (just eating somewhere nice).
