Good Customer Service Goes A Long Way

Today, I accompanied my mom to Jakel Mall - famous for textiles. Originally, we went to hunt for my mom's kain tudung but we ended up buying for raya too. It's exciting because it has been few years since we properly plan for baju raya.

Is it too early? No. If you ever plan to jahit your own baju raya, go to the tailors and ask.. maybe some even already closed their orders! BUT if you plan to buy the ready made ones, last minute is OK :)

Well, have you ever been to this mall? If you ever came across this mall, you'd know how huge it is & how grand it looks.. especially at night.

I think the absolute plus point about this place is their customer service (with the best assistance, made my mom bought more - siapa untung sini? Haha!), reasonable valet parking, huge range of textiles & prices. I won't be surprised if this place is 'banjir' with people especially in the weekends!

For lunch, we went to Ayam Penyet AP just across the mall. This restaurant at another branch, Wangsa Maju to be specific doesn't have the best customer service out there. We hesitated at first but since we had a good parking spot, might as well just eat somewhere near kan? I saw a lot of people eating there so I thought, they must like that place to eat there.. we gave it a try. 

The workers there definitely gave me hope. Haha. Sebab kedai ni sedap! They were helpful, polite, makanan lambat (ok lah it was lunch time) but they came to check if we've gotten our food or not.. we're coming here next time! 

Customer service. Very important.

Patience is too.

Did you know, today is also International Women's Day? Ah, how I miss the good times back in Moscow. You'll see people walking with bouquet of flowers, balloons, well it's a big celebration there. It's a joyful day. I'm not sure if there's a history behind this date though..

Just a little throwback to the day when we decided to have a photoshoot at the park, during the coldest winter - crazy, but worth it.
